It comes from Palas Is Crabilis vineyard, where the vines grow on clayey calcareous soil at 150 180 metres above sea level. The grapes are hand picked in the early morning to preserve their freshness and quality. The wine has a spicy and full bodied palate with a long and satisfying finish. It is one of the finest red wines from Sardinia.
